30 天退款保障

 
  1. 为适应中国客户的支付习惯,同时为增进中国客户海外购物的信心,海外宝特别推出“30 天退款保障”计划。
  2. 30 天退款保障”计划是在现有的付款方式基础上,推出的信用增值计划。现有的先付款、后发货方式不受任何影响。
  3. 参加“30 天退款保障”计划的商家,可以在其海外宝的店铺及所有商品页中,使用该计划的标志。
  4. 如果中国客户在支付成功后30 天内,未能收到所订购的商品,则中国客户可以向海外宝提出退款要求。为确保真实性,《退款通知信》的要求如下:

Ø       必须从客户在海外宝所注册的EMAIL 信箱发出;

Ø       必须同时发送到 haiwaibao@paymate.com.au 及商家预留的EMAIL 信箱

Ø       题目统一为:“30 Days Refund Guarantee-Order No. ### ”,将订单号直接代入### 即可。

  1. 海外宝将核查:

Ø       订单是否有效,地址是否准确;

Ø       是否已经足额付款;

Ø       是否已经超过了付款后30 天。

      如不符合,则该申请会被否决。如果符合,则海外宝会立即从该商家银行帐号内提取相应的款项,进行封存。同时,海外宝也将通过Email 通知商家。

  1. 商家应在收到《退款通知信》后,及时与买家进行沟通,并及时向买家及海外宝提供发货的相关证明及包裹的走向记录,尤其是在买家所提供地址内的签收记录。
  2. 海外宝将在收到《退款通知信》后的第31 天向买家全额退款,除非:

Ø       商家提供了投递该商品的相关记录;

Ø       因买家提供了错误的地址信息,或买家提供的地址内无人接收,而导致商家无法及时投递;

Ø       海外宝确认买家的退款要求并不真实。

  1. 海外宝将向支付宝发出退款指令,退款实际到帐需2-3 个工作日)。对于因航运本身因素或海关因素等非可控因素造成的延误,海外宝及商家不受30 天的时间约束。

30 Day Refund Guarantee

 

 

  1. 30 Day Refund Guarantee” is a tailored tool to meet the special needs and increase the confidence of Chinese buyers to purchase from overseas via Haiwaibao.
  2.   30 Day Refund Guarantee” is a program based on the current “ payment before delivery” policy.
  3. Merchants who offer 30 Day Refund Guarantee”, must accept the following terms and can display the logo on the webpage of their online store inHaiwaibao and on every product listed.
  4. If the Chinese buyer does not receive the order in 30 days after they have made the payment, the buyer can submit a “Refund Application” to Haiwaibao. This application should be sent from the email account which the buyer registered with Haiwaibao, and should be sent to the seller’s email account and haiwaibao@paymate.com.au with the subject 30 Day Refund Guarantee-Order No. ### (order number).
  5. Haiwaibao will verify that:

Ø       a valid order with valid address was placed with the merchant;

Ø       a payment was received for the order;

Ø       and 30 calendar days have elapsed since payment.

      If the conditions arenot met, the application will be declined. If the conditions are met, Haiwaibao will withdraw and hold the payment from the merchant’s bank account before any investigation commences.   Haiwaibao will then email the merchant with the details of the Refund application.

  1. The merchant should contact the buyers as soon as possible when they get the “Refund Application”, and provide the relevant records to the buyer and HWB.   Proof of shipment to the buyer’s address as well proof of delivery (ie a signature from the person receiving the shipment) will be required from the merchant.
  2. HWB will fully refund the buyer on the 31st day after getting the “Refund Application”,unless:

Ø       the merchant is able to provide documented proof of shipment and delivery;

Ø       the merchant could not complete delivery due to the address provided by the buyer being incorrect or there being no person to receive the shipment;

Ø       Haiwaibao believes that the buyer is submitting a fraudulent claim.

  1. HWB will send the refund instructions to Alipay, and the refund will be processed in 2-3 working days. Haiwaibao will not be responsible for shipment or customs clearing delays that may result in the order being delivered after 30 days from payment or after a refund has been processed.
